Gold-filled jewelry care

Gold-filled jewelry is different from gold-plated jewelry. Gently clean your bracelet with a jewelry cleaning cloth and store it in its anti-tarnish bag when not in use. Gold-filled jewelry can tarnish under certain conditions.

Processing and gift packaging

Your bracelet is packaged in our small studio. Orders are shipped out 1–3 business days after the order has been received. If you need your order faster, please upgrade at checkout.

All jewelry is packaged in anti-tarnish plastic bags and neatly packed in a box or a gift bag, ready to gift. If you need extra gift boxes, leave us a message at checkout.

Returns

Returns can be made within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with instructions on mailing your package back. All jewelry must be returned unworn and in their original packaging. Shipping cost is not refundable.
