Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Savi Jewelry pieces. If you're not completely satisfied, we're happy to help.

Return Window All customers, including those in the European Union, may return items within 45 days of receiving their order — no questions asked. This exceeds the EU statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.

Exceptions For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Custom or personalized pieces (e.g., initial or birthstone jewelry) are also exempt from returns unless defective.

How to Initiate a Return Contact us at info@savijewelry.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide return instructions within 2 business days.

Conditions Items must be unworn, unused, and returned in their original packaging.

Refunds Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of us receiving the returned item. You will be notified by email once your refund has been processed.

Return Shipping Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Duties & Taxes For international orders, including EU shipments, any import duties or taxes charged upon delivery are the responsibility of the buyer and are non-refundable.
